I received my xds 11,13, & 15 HEADS LAST WEEK.. HAD LITE SENIOR SHAFTS INSTALLED & GRIPS. HAVE PLAYED 3 ROUNDS W THEM AND AM VERY PLEASED WITH THESE CLUBS. THEY LAUNCH HIGH AND STRAIGHT WITH EASE. REPLACED MY OLD BANG FAIRWAY WOODS. LIKE THEM BETTER THAN THE BANGS! I ASKED U WHICH OF THE 2 MAKES YOU RECOMMENDED, YOUR ANSWER WAS FOR YOURSELF YOU WOULD PREFER THE ACERS. WAS SOMEWHAT SURPRISED AS THE BANGS COST QUITE A BIT MORE, BUT CONCLUDED YOU WERE GIVING ME A TRUTHFUL ANSWER, AS I FELT SOME MERCHANTS WOULD AUTOMATICALLY RECOMMEND THE HIGHER COST BANGS AS THEY MOST LIKELY WOULD MAKE A HIGHER PROFIT ON THE SALE. I wanted to thank you for providing the Pinhawk Sl irons.
I'm a relatively new golfer (about 5 years) and recently built myself a set of Pinhawk SL irons, 4-LW, with FST 125 Pro shafts. I'm 6'3' with 37.6" W-T-F measurement. I tipped my clubs stiff and cut to 37.5". This is the same as the 7-iron in my regular set (Adams CB3 Forged irons).
I've played the clubs several times and I'm amazed how much better my short game has become. The distances are almost identical to my other set, but I'm compressing the ball so much more consistently. Far less fat/thin shots and hooks/pushes. And when I do flip the club, they go a mile in the air but manage not to lose too much distance. So I'm not paying the price for my mistake (normally a thin bullet) while still getting the feedback I need to keep progressing my game.

Ordered new shafts for my Titleist irons. I mistakenly ordered parallel shafts which did not fit. Value Golf helped me easily return the wrong shafts and sent me the correct ones.
