Dynacraft Prophet CNC Forged Irons

These fully CNC forged Prophet irons combine tradition and modern 'game improvement' technology. Each Dynacraft Prophet CNC iron starts out as one solid billet of premium soft 1020 carbon steel. Using a new concept in production technique, the head goes through a series of different steps where the head is "stamped" and pressed into the raw, (overweight at this point) forged blade.

Next, a CNC program (computer numerically controlled) precisely mills the back of the blade into the cavity shape. The milling doesn't stop there, as a further step creates the undercut cavity to allow for a better weight distribution found only in cast iron designs until now!

Then, the heads are polished by hand, buffed and chrome-plated to give the final sharp appearance. When you hit these sticks, you come to know first hand that this is how all premium game improvement forged irons will be produced in the future!
