Brass shaft shims are a fast and easy way to shim shaft tips into clubheads with larger inside hosel diameters. Sold individually. This standard size shim fits in applications where there is a 0.15" gap such as 0.335" shafts going into a .350" hosel or a 0.355" taper tip shaft into a 0.370" hosel. Both sides of the brass prongs should be abraded when installing.
A MUST in every clubmaker's toolbox. These can remedy the occasional sin of oversanding a tip when prepping the shaft.

These shims are reliable and versatile. To get from .335 to .350 or .355 to .370 use the shim just as it comes. If you have a .370 shaft which is slightly undersize just trim alternate wings of the shim to eliminate any sloppiness.
