This is the oversize brass shim. Sold individually. An oversize brass shim would be used where there is approximately a 0.30" gap between the shaft and the hosel, such as a 0.335" (wood) shaft going into a .370" (iron shaft size) hosel or a 0.370" iron shaft going into a 0.395" hosel. Abrade both sides of the brass tangs when installing.
