Details

The Pinhawk SLH single-length hybrids offer a unique choice in single-length technology for players looking for consistent ball striking. Golfers of all handicaps can benefit by using these hybrids that are specifically designed to all be played at the same length. You also can mix and match the Pinhawk SLH Hybrids with the Pinhawk SL irons if you wish, for example playing 4-7 in the hybrids and 8-LW in the irons, or whatever mix and match system you would like - the swingweight, flex and feel will all be the same! Many players like to use hybrids all the way from 4 to SW and this single length hybrid set is ideal for that too!

Traditionally in golf irons, each numbered iron is a different length. For instance, a typical 5 iron might be 38 inches long, while the 6 iron in the set is 37 ½ long and successive higher numbered irons would decrease in length. However, in single-length irons--and now with the SLH hybrids--each iron or hybrid in the set is designed to be exactly the same length and have the exact same swingweight and flex, so the golfer only has to “learn” one swing that works for him or her. This enables the golfer’s swing to become more easily repeatable.

Order the component Pinhawk SLH heads here. Your customers will love them!

The Pinhawk SLH Hybrids are USGA Legal!

Solid clubhead, great finish
The hybrid head was purchased to compliment the irons, though new to single length the transition time is going quickly. Value Golf's shipping has been wonderful, they don't fool around and orders are on their way the next day - thank you - VALUE GOLF

Excellent clubs
I’ve been playing the Pinhawk irons for over a year now and love them but I couldn’t hit the 4 and 5 iron any longer than my 6 iron. These hybrids fixed that problem. They are great.

Great Value !
Having purchased the 5 thru 7 Pinhawk hybrid heads for my single length project this winter, it was an easy decision to add the 4 hybrid to the arsenal after getting the feel . I built the 8 thru the lob wedge in the Pinhawk irons and am very happy with the configuration of the set .

Excellent fit and finish
I built a partial set of Pinhawk SL irons/hybrid for my 13 year old son. I shafted them with the FST 90 steel shafts and put Karma Overwrap grips on. The aesthetics are superb. Can't wait until the weather breaks and we can try them out!

Swing like a 7 iron
Built with FST 90 steel and Karma Velvet grip. Great quality, just like the Pinhawk SLI irons in my bag. At address, sets up great, offset not noticeable, don't let the pics deter you from trying.

Wow!
I was intrigued by the idea of single-length clubs (people seem to forget the original Tommy Armour EQL irons...) so I purchased the entire set - 4-SW irons and 4-PW hybrids). I have yet to reap the benefits of the single-length concept (requires a good 7-iron swing...) but man-o-man are the hybrids awesome! I have built easily over 100 hybrids in my time but these are the easiest to hit ever! Absolutely love them!

Seems like a good idea...
...to use the same, 7 iron swing for all iron shots. I built 4-PW hybrids and 6-SW irons (hybrid head price is very expensive). I am mixing and matching, but I shot a 38-40 yesterday, best round in five years....
