I cut down a old set of Irons (all at #9 iron size) . I lost distance, but gained accuracy. I purchased a pinhawk #5. I got much more distance (175 yds) and had good accuracy. They properly weighted the club. I wish they could cut it to 35 in rather than 36.5 inch. Over all a great club for a great price.
