Bought these because of elbow tendonitis... They're not as shock absorbent as graphites, but it's the best you can do with steel shafts and a more padded grip. They install fairly easily with the tool, and you can tell the difference. If the joints are really bad, you need graphite. If it's a "time-to-time" thing, use these + oversize grips, and stay off the mats.
