I was skeptical of the shorter three wood at first. But I wanted to try it as my driver has been erratic with my new single plane swing. The shorter three wood now is going farther than my Taylor Made driver simply because the slice is gone. The shorter shaft makes consistent contact a breeze with the single plane setup.
