They are. But our clubmaker confirms that they are tight, and depending on the shaft, may need a rat-tail file (or another method) on the inside diameter to slide up the shaft. If you have a taper tip shaft with thick paint, these are not the ferrules for you; the .370 ferrules will likely work better.
