Delivery was quick ;unfortunately, there was a discrepancy with the grip being standard. Contacted Value Golf and they took care of issue immediately. I would definitely purchase again from Value Golf when the need arises.. Thanks for the great customer service/relation.. sw

Great customer service..... 1 people found this helpfulThis was my first order from Value Golf. I was looking for a senior shaft to try in my driver. I found the shaft and adapter I wanted. I received a call from the owner and was advised the shaft I wanted was out of stock, but he had another he recommended. I was then contacted the next day and advised the adapter had been installed and the shaft would be shipped the following day, after curing. The shaft turned out to be of good value and I am very pleased with the customer service. Now if I just had a swing to go with the new shaft.....
