Great shaft so far, really low torque, just as advertised. 0 people found this helpfulI was lured in by the low price and gave it a try, re-shafting an old driver… I wanted something that was low torque and I really got it. The shaft has a nice kick to it. It is outperforming my old shaft, which was the intent. The shaft feels a lot stiffer, so I trimmed it for regular flex and gave it a red-neck test (lay the butt end flat on a table and hang a weight on the hosel of a spare driver head, then compare the deflection to the old “stiff” flex shaft). It came out slightly stiffer, so I left it at that trim and assembled the club. Glad I did, because the shaft is stiffer than the original, and the torque (twist the head by hand, red-neck test) is A LOT less. Bottom line: it has good distance and control. Next comes the re-shafting of the 5 wood, same shaft. Impressed.

Nice shaft for the price 0 people found this helpfulI replaced the broken shaft in my old Burner Bubble 2 driver. I tipped it to a stiff. It is still a little too soft for my swing. I am leaving everything to the right and the launch is too high unless I slow way down. Overall a very nice shaft for the price. The wife however loves it. It added an extra 10 to 15 yards to her drive. So it was a win. It would be a great shaft for a senior.
