Prosoft insert quality issues 0 people found this helpfulDisappointed in quality of this batch of Prosoft inserts. During installation, the tool punctured through the ends of several inserts. I have used the Prosofts before with no problem. Luckily I had a few left from a previous order and was able to use those.
