Recently purchased 2 Single Length Iron heads, shafts, epoxy and beads. One iron head had visible and physical 'flat spot' and groove imperfections above sweet spot; would not expect it to affect ball flight, but expected better quality. Requested Customer Service for return invoice number but was greeted with a pleasant apologetic email reply to 'discard and expect a new replacement to be shipped out today', which it was. Replacement head looks perfect. Will be ordering more Single Length parts (already done).
