How quickly do you ship?

All in-stock components are shipped ASAP, in many instances the same day. 99% of component orders are processed within 2 business days, and if there is a delay beyond that, we will let you know via email or a phone call. Please make sure your phone number is one we can reach you at, and your  email address is one that is monitored so that we can contact you if need be. We do not misuse your information (see our policies page).

If you are ordering custom clubs, your clubs usually ship within 7-10 business days from the time you order unless otherwise noted in the description of the club or clubs. Keep in mind that with custom clubs, they have to be picked, carefully built, epoxy properly cured, gripped, cleaned and shipped. This process takes time. If we anticipate any unusual delays in building your new clubs, we will be sure to contact you. Please note that the shipping speed you select for your custom club order only relates to the speed of the shipping itself. It does not have anything to do with the time it will take to assemble your clubs.

Will you adjust the lie or loft of my irons?

We do not adjust for the loft. On most irons, both heads and assembled clubs, you will find the option on our website to bend for lie angle. Any adjustments to the lie of an iron voids the warranty of that iron. Irons that are adjusted by anyone other than Value Golf (for either loft or lie) after they leave our facility, are no longer under warranty. Therefore we will not be held responsible for damage incurred or failure of the club in that instance.

Can I pick up my order at your shop?

We currently do not have local pickup available at our facility. We also have no "showroom" available to the public. This is for insurance and efficiency reasons. No exceptions.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to most countries around the world, however we do not ship to the UK, or the EU. If you are in the UK or EU, we have certain shafts and grips available in our eBay store. There we use the convenience of the eBay Global Shipping Program.

Another easy option is to use a freight forwarder - which in many cases is more inexpensive to ship internationally than we could. Although we don't endorse specific companies, some options are: shipito.com, stackry.com, reship.com, shippsy.com and myus.com.

What is “spine alignment”?

Most golf shafts, no matter the cost, are not perfectly round due to the manufacturing process. It’s nearly impossible for a golf shaft manufacturer to make a shaft which has perfectly symmetrical bending properties all the way up, down, and around the shaft. The process of “spine aligning” is the process of finding the natural bending “plane” of the shaft. Clubmakers call this the Neutral Bend Point (or “plane”). If the shaft is epoxied into the golf head in the correct spot, the shaft flexes properly and works with your swing, not against it. Note that on a graphite shaft with graphics or a steel shaft with a factory-applied silk screen label, the graphics may look “misaligned” when actually they are in the optimal position. And if you have a set of spine aligned shafts, the graphics will likely be lined up differently from shaft to shaft. Some people swear spine aligning is very important, and others don’t think it makes much difference. For a very high handicap golfer, the later is likely true. We believe that for a golfer with a decent, repeatable swing, that spine aligning can be beneficial. We don’t push this option, but we offer it. Since it takes time, we charge a fee for the service. Much, much more information can be found on the internet, as always, some good and informative, some not worth reading or watching.

Is “spine alignment” the same as “SST Puring”?

No. Spine aligning and SST Puring are both processes for optimal alignment of a golf shaft, so in that way they are similar, but SST Puring is a patented process that Value Golf does not use.
